Maintenance
Generators
We are a Kohler Authorized Dealer, but offer other brands including Generac, for purchase, as well as different packages for manual transfer switches. Our products can fit all of your generator needs starting as low as $6,000! Estimates are always free.
Some of the natural gas options are a 20kW to 14kW generator depending on the size of your load. These specific generators will power your entire house. The other natural gas options are critical circuit generators ranging from 14kW to 8kW, also depending on your load size. These are both safe and reliable options should you choose to go that route, but we have plenty of other options as well!
Did you buy a portable generator during the storm? Good news! We can help you put that generator to good use in the future! We can eliminate cords around the house and set up your generator so you can still control your power through your panel, safely and legally as per the NEC. At Newman Electric we have experience installing the two different methods of using a portable generator. The first is a critical circuit sub panel, and the second is by installing an InterLock manual transfer switch. We are prepared to figure out which option best fits your needs, and making sure you are set up to keep your lights on!
